Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the post office and, since your card has been shipped on 2014-09-29, we can assume it has been lost. In this situation, we can issue a replacement Paxum MasterCard for a $7 fee.

They're charging you a replacement fee for a card they already took money out for and you didn't get? They should eat the $7 and send you a replacement ASAP
I don't get any charges for my Paypal card.
