The Amazon grocery is unavailable here. However, I buy a lot of things from Amazon and am 88% satisfied. Time spent shopping for hard to find items is my primary motivation then price (especially on computer parts -- I save 40% to 70% on those!) Kindle Books are a big item for me as well as AWS data services.

I had to return a purchase and they don't charge you the return freight anymore -- drop the item tagged with a RMA label in the UPS box -- that is a lot better than the hassle it was before standing in line at the post office, etc.

If something arrives damaged or defective, or the wrong item shipped -- why the hell should you be liable for the cost of the return?

I pay use tax to my state for taxable online purchases -- why get audited over a few hundred in use tax not paid?
