8) Bush cant say how they were funded.
9) Bush cant produce evidence to back his claim up after 3-4 months of UN inspections, and 3 months unrivalled and unfettered access to the country, its top military officers, policitians and scientists. And lets not forget, the complete cooperation of all Saddams enemies in Iraq and the cooperation of the Iraqi people who are so thankful they have been 'liberated' (well, according to Bush).
