The allied forces are blowing up pick-up trucks and light armour of ISIS at $400K a pop!
The intel on the ground is bad.
ISIS has captured a lot of their weaponry from Iraqi (US supplied) stockpiles.
We will probably need to engage rapid deployment forces on the ground or let ISIS consolidate their positions then bomb them back to the middle ages (where they belong). One problem is this sort of strategy of bombing the enemy to oblivion hasn't worked since WWII ...
It's a lose-lose proposition.
If we win there will be peace and harmony in the Gulf area.
