As with all "new" info about diet and nutrition it's completely wrong and inaccurate and used completely out of context. It's nothing but an inaccurate and sensationalist headline, rebutting other inaccurate and sensationalist headlines of years past. Nothing in diet and nutrition has changed. Its always been about balance (ratios of fat/protein/carbs) and moderation. Telling people to eat more fat, when its 100% out of context is completely absurd and irresponsible.
