We are looking for android mobile pounders in Russia and Brazil. We are looking to target specific domains/urls. We have been buying traffic on exo, but I think there's bigger sources just haven't found them yet.
If anyone here has high volumes on mobile pops there . Also if anyone here has a suggestion on where to get those volumes I'd appreciate it.
