During the summer of 1999, I interned at an ad agency in Prague and traveled to other parts of the Czech Republic. In the summer of 2000, after moving to NYC (Manhattan), I had a full share at a house near the beach in Belmar. I went to AC a few years later (2004ish) and stayed at the Borgata for a Fleetwood Mac concert. I spent a weekend in Princeton a couple years later. I've also flown in and out of Newark a few times which really doesn't count but I do hear that the city itself is pure ghetto.

While Princeton was really nice, I'd have to say, based upon my experience, that the Czech Republic is more advanced than the state of New Jersey. It's is a shitty fucking state with trashy people. Especially Belmar. My gods, that place is horrible. Definitely 3rd world. I hear there are nicer places along the Jersey Shore but after having gone to Belmar nearly every weekend for an entire summer, I have absolutely no interest in ever going back to the shore again because I don't want to risk being around uneducated bridge-and-tunnel trash.

Anyway, I just think it's really funny to hear people from New Jersey criticizing anyone for living anywhere.
