No it wouldn't.
One thing has nothing to do with another. Me shooting legal porn for a living would have nothing to do with me being in prison for burglary, DUI, robbery, etc.
When you get processed in, you get labeled. And getting labeled a child killer, child rappest, PEDO are the worst things to be labeled. It gets around the whole prison in a day. All of the prisoners have kids or were fucked with as a child. Its open season on these guys big time!!
There is no way you can keep that a secrete. When you get processed in, the inmates are there assisting the Sherifs in processing you in, via, pictures, fingerprints, IDing you and labeling you for what crime your in for.

Not at all. It wouldn't be a trial by judge. It would definitely be a jury trial.
The Judge will only allows pertinent to the case testimony to be heard by the jury when in court.
The defendant getting his ass whooped in jail would never be heard by the jury as it has nothing to do with his guilt and innocence.

True Story: I have a friend who is a 52 year old handy man who got arrested and jailed off what a 4 year old girl falsely said what he did to her. Costed him 50K cash and bond to get out of jail before he got shipped to county.
The police confiscated his PCs, his 2 smart phones, all his drives, his discs, tapes, his parents PCs, tapes, discs, etc. The police were also granted access to the PCs of his sister and to the PC of the woman who's child that made the allegations.
Not one pedo photo, video or web search, etc was ever found. The police said that absolutely in every case of a where there is allegations of a child bad touching, rape or molestation, the accused always has all of the above or a few of the above in there possession. The fact that the person who is accused, never had a search for anything related to children, gives the detectives, a real picture of the accused guilt or innocence.
So before the 1st court day, it came up that the father of the little girl coached the girl to make those claims against my friend, because he thought my friend was banging his ex-wife. When in fact, my buddy was just friends with her and was her handy man at her house.
All charges were dropped 1st hearing.
There is nothing worse than getting labeled and charged as a pedo.
Because I shoot porn for a living, I will never let my kids have sleep overs or let other kids sleep over at my house or be at my house without their parents. I don't need there to ever be a misunderstanding, or bullshit accusation thrown my way.
