I don't see where a person would really NEED any medical skills to do that. This is a straight forward manager job...but it's managing agencies, not resources.
Just to make sure that they are all on the same page.

Of course it's gonna be turned into a political football by the Republican Party. Same thing the Dems would do if it were a Republican president.

It's kinda shameful, but that's the way Washington D.C. operates
