I apologize for the inconvenience however the prepaid card provider has encountered some technical issues.
They have informed us that they are aware of the issue and are working on the matter diligently.
I won't be able to give you a time frame as of when our Payza prepaid cards services will be available. As soon as we have any more information or updates we will notify you by e-mail.
Once the technical issue is resolved you may ask for a replacement card.
