Don't know if the guy who told me was telling the truth. Said after they outlawed it, you could still buy it as "chicken powder," as it boosted egg production in chickens.

I still am unsure why it's the govt.'s business if a guy wants to use that to stay awake...OR if he drinks a pot of coffee.
The only difference I can see is that the lobbyists for the coffee industry spend money in Washington D.C.
