Just to play devil's advocate here.
At what point in time did it become part of a pornographer's job description to play the role of a "mother" to the talent?
Now if a pornographer is filming kiddies, mentally handicapped or those under the influence of drugs then he's committing a seriously scumbag offense. Notwithstanding arguments from Cal/OSHA, and purely i the interest of playing the devil's advocate here I'll ask,
"At what point in time does the talent take responsibility for their own decisions?"
