Both sites are big because we (surfers and webmasters) use and support them. Their lack of adequate reciprocation will be their downfall.



First of all I think it's perfectly okay for people to vent and complain and not okay for you and others to tell them to shut up.

Second there are lots of people who have accounts banned who are following the rules and have no explanations given etc... that is a reason to be frustrated.
