The guy totally flipped out and wouldn't follow simple police instructions.
Put yourself in that situation. Police walk into your home. What do you do? Remain calm and answer their questions or do you go nuts to the point that you must be physically restrained and sprayed? What this guy did was not normal.
It's too bad that the mistake to call 911 was made, but the police are not to blame. The guy with the explosive temper is to blame.
