Agree with everyone's post, movie is dumb, plot unbelievable, science raped, characters doing silly things no one would do (suicidal koreans lol, and why they don't take the drug themselves to have superpowers? and so on). There's just a few action scenes, a B movie with action and faulty plot, any x-men movie looks more likely real facts than this.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2209764/ is not dumb, plot is believable, science mostly respected, characters doing mostly common sense things, just is not a super movie, but 100 times better than Lucy for sure. If you like the actress you can see her naked in "under the skin":

Just to keep in sci-fi topic, I would suggest to watch instead X-Men: Days of Future Past

I didn't seen Dawn of the Planet of the Apes or Guardians of the Galaxy yet, people say these are good esp. Guardians of the Galaxy, I'll comment after I seen. In November we'll have Interstellar from Nolan, who knows, the guy is overrated since Batman's imho.
I seen those teen-coming-of-age post apocaliptic dystopic movies: the giver, divergent, the hunger games, I don't advise to see these if you're over 20
