I always heard people quote mainstream prices for websites well above $5000. I thought they were totally crazy and ripping off the client.
Last year I did 3 mainstream projects. I will never, ever do it again. The $5000 quotes you hear about are low.
Valuer your time and your skills, nobody else will. Charge accordingly.
