This is a movie. Nothing more. They needed a way to end it, and that was it. If what he did was honestly illegal and it was documented for real, he would be sitting in a jail in either his home country or the Philippines. Model releases had to be signed by everyone, including the older man and his young girlfriend. They sold a story like Bang Bus sells pick-up porn.
