Yes we definitely have a consumer-based taxes (note the link above), but at least I know the exact price of the product when I buy it. You have suggested me to travel a bit. Ok, I've been to many countries and have to say that the USA is the only country where I had to pay the taxes
in addition to prices written on the products.

No offense but you really have nothing that could be interesting for such a big and resource-reach country like Russia. Most of our territory is just unpopulated. So, perhaps China will be interested in picking up your lands soon
