your view of china is lop-sided. here's why- which is more important, the manufacturing country or the actual consumer? I can assure you demand usurps supply, i.e., china needs the USA more than we need China. That widget will get made somewhere else if china doesn't make it.
You're also negating current and future tech- fracking and 3d printing will restore our economy. in the meantime, china has to manipulate currencies and markets on a worldwode level to prop up its' economic numbers and hides the bad.
if china wants to continue to have the USA be it's #2 consumer, then China needs to keep their own shit together, not *absorb* one of its best customers.
