I've been hearing this for years... The country is going to shit, the government is going to collapse, our debit is too high; My personal favorite is the new incoming president is going to take away all of our firearms - Gasp!
I would love to hear more about this "downward spiral" - But first I'm going to take my gas guzzling truck to get a pedicure, and then to Starbucks, and then we can sit here in the AC (it's 95 here to today in Northern California) and you can tell me all about how the US is in a downward spiral.
