DWB hasn?t the slightest idea of what he's saying because at 15 boys or girls are nowhere near ready to have consensual sex with adults.
I can?t understand what makes him think a 15 y/o boy is mentally mature enough to be sexually involved with a hot 31 y/o women than a 15 y/o girl would be if the sexes were reversed?
If I?m not mistaken it?s also a scientific fact that girls mature sooner mentally than boys,
which makes his statement that much more unbelievable
