If the sperm bank is saying we will give you a white baby and they didnt do that. I can see the point of suing. They paid money its not like they came in and said whatever you got Im in. I guess for these things they can ask for certain things in the dad. Tall, educated, hair color ,eye color, etc.
So from a business stand point I can see that but its a child and if you love the child you have to think about eventually when she is old enough and reads all of this how this will hurt the child will be.
