there is one thing missing in theory: 80 % of worlds population lives in so called undeveloped countries and this problem doesnt touch them at all :-)
it is only problem of North America (+other Five Eyes club members): NZ, Australia), , maybe some rich and developed Asian countries and Western Europe. for the rest of the world - it totally doesnt matter
so the people who will procreate like we always did will be black people, mulatos,middle easterns and yellow asians..and some whites too probably
