I think we all know the difference between underage and child.
And where I live age of consent (like in most European countries) is 16 so yes, 17 is not a child in my eyes. Even ignorant to put it in the same drawer as real CP. And do not try to twist my words as I do not support that, I am merely saying that 17 is not 11 (which is real CP).
And yes, I know that legally it is called that.
