With most sites,
like iFriends, your friend makes a studio/rep account. Then each of the girls sets up her own account with her own age docs. These accounts get linked to the rep account. On iFriends, the rep can see a listing of all the models working for him and what he's making each week from their sessions. iFriends pays the rep (check, ACH if he's US-based, or Payoneer) for the models who are linked to him, and he would pay the models per their agreement.
