Our neighbour's kid next door is about 10-12 yrs. old.
Whenever I'm outside doing yardwork, washing the car...and the kid is out - it never fails that he has to make some sort of stupid, annoying noise in their driveway. I often catch him looking my way to see if I'm paying any attention.
Kids will be kids, of course.
Pity the attention whore.
