If the PC in tablet format makes sense for you, it's the best device out there.
If you have no use for a tablet, and not going to use the pen, then a laptop with more battery and storage for same or less money may be a better choice.
Best of all try it in a shop near you if possible. Thinking of buying one myself. It's a pretty sexy device.
