I saw that with re to Farrell and Vaughn, not sure about those two, however the producers of the show seem to know what they were doing as like you said, the show was fantastic!
I think Woody Harrelson doesn't get enough credit for his acting abilities, he is brilliant, along with matthew mcconaughey who is/was also brilliant.
