I can tell you that during the last few years I had tought/investigated a lot about leaving Western Europe and to continue my life in a warmer & cheaper climate.
But guess what I found out: In every of those cheap countries there is at least one good reason why they are so cheap (crime, no culture, poverty, ... you name it).
So I eventually decided to continue my life where I am and to spend a my holidays there.
