You basically said just what I was thinking - but you said it far better than I did - that's the whole thing - I don't see it as a color or race thing whatsoever - but you said just what I was thinking - thank you.
When you stand your ground, that is always a good thing - but you have to be indful of HOW you do it, and it makes no difference what color you are,but how you hold and filter yourself where people listening and judging you know what and why you do things and not HOW - make the how classy and you'll get more positive attention which is far more productive.
