We have over 16 million emails.
These emails we're sold to us from a top U.S dating site.
All emails are MALE AND U.S ONLY.

We are currently in the process of building our own adult dating site, we intend to use the emails (once cleansed) as male users for our new website.
The newest data we have is 5 months old (CTR 50-70%) approximately 3 million records, all other data is upto 6 years old.

We understand such ''old data'' requires much cleansing of hardbounces, to give us a ''active'' user database only.

Also because of the age of the data it is highly likely most emails will not be ''engaged'' (meaning they no longer check there mail box)

Once cleansed we will use the emails that we're ''opened'' and list these as ''engaged users''.
We have good contact with our source guy's who is happy to provide fresh data , on a weekly, basis (even daily).
I am looking for a company who has the ability to cleanse ALL of our data, i understand this will be costly ( if i had the funds currenty) i would do this myself but due to i'll health and other reasons i simly do not have the funds.
We would like to do the following
-You cleans the list of 16 million.(we will then have a list of only active email)
-Once cleansed , all persons who ''opened the email'' will be placed in an ''engaged list''
-We are then happy to run multiple adult dating offers and offer you a 70% percentage partnership
-Our current CTR and sales volume promoting MILF is 50-70% sales 1:20 accounts.
- I am MORE than happy to have you signup under all affiliate programs and the funds go directly to you and you send us our 30%

We would like to start off small... as i do not intend to hand over all of this data so it could be used by individuals for there own circumstance.
I am also open to suggestion/cash input into the build of our new site, along side an ''ownerhip (upto 10% of our website)

As our long term goal is to get all engaged users and place them as real ''male '' members, thus ensuring recurring income from our dating site.
