NV or DE, mainly because if you ever got sued, they're the most business-friendly legally.

However, incorporating in NV has nothing to do with paying state taxes. Your domain is separate from the state you incorporated in (assuming you're doing an LLC, which you most likely should.) You still have to pay income taxes if your office is located in another state.

That's why I just moved to NV...
