My answer is no. I think it is a performer recruitment program. They recruit models to work through their studios on other people's sites. They get paid by the sites and then pay out to the models whatever they agree with them and keep the difference.
Basically, just a middle man for anybody who didn't graduate kindergarten and is unabe to handle the task of signing up as a camgirl direct.
