this is accurate, learned this the hard way on a 80k debt.
don't ever put faith that a piece of paper will help you.
say , you sue them. then they make up some bs lies and sue back wasting your time and money. it doest have to be a valid counter suit, its just bs tactics.
IF you win you win the right to the money you don't get the money , then you have to chase the money taking more time and money and still you may not get it.
even for 80k its not worth the time it takes away from my business or the money in the end.
