Come on. Give your parents some credit. Their twenty year old son's girlfriend spent the night. What do you think they think is going on? Unless they're stupid, they're not stupid.
Just be respectful and courteous about it, such as by being quiet, but don't go crazy trying to hide things from them. If they come into your room and smell your girlfriend's snatch, that's okay. They came into your room.
