Ring 202 from your handset, select 2 (for calling about this phone) then any old number (I found out because I pressed 3 accidentally, and the bloke did it, so go for 3)
Told him I wanted restrictions for porn lifted, he asked if I had a cc, I said no, he said no worries I'll do it manually.
3 mins later tells me up to 24 hours, 30 mins later get the text it's all done, re-boot phone, job done
