Why now these regular tests have turned into "World War 3: Russia?s Nuclear Weapons Fired, Vladimir Putin Warns U.S."? The guys made a missile (you know, Russia is still a #1 rocket country on the Earth) and they just want to make it perfect. So they will test it again and again till they don't make it 100% reliable. There is no reason to panic, really.
