The "USA" doesn't have "enemies". Our federal govt. and the shady shit they pull all over the world CREATES enemies. You and I and the other citizens of this country are kept in the dark by our govt. keeping everything "top secret".
And then when something like 9-11 happens we are shocked.

Like most things, I tend to agree with you. We differ slightly though. For me, the genie is out of the bottle. The enemy was created a long time ago. We're way past being able to discuss matters with an [IS]. The fact is they are an enemy and they've issued a caliphate with an agenda to kill Americans.
Americans are just like Iranians. What our government does in no way reflects how we feel. Nevertheless, those guys have a plan and act and conduct themselves like a well organized military. I don't think it's accurate to hand wave them off had goat herders.
