All links to your site have already been removed from the post you have referenced. However, for future reference, it is not illegal to link to a web server, so we would have been unable to do anything in this situation.
LiveJournal will only require a user to remove links to a server if they are direct image links that were causing images to be remote loaded. In that case, it would be viewed as unauthorized bandwidth usage, and we would require the removal of the links in question. These, however, are plain links, and are not against our Terms of Service in any way.

If I didn't authorize the guy use of that database isn't that considered unauthorized as well as copyright infringement?
It's obvious they don;t give a shit what goes on in there. Either way, the guy did remove the links. However the page those links came from have a disclaimer for use on tgp's only. Thus it is a legal matter. Oh well. All was resolved anyways.
