I bet she's Russian. The 18-20 yo girls in my country are used to look like that. Regular women in the States look much older. I don't know is it because of food, the atmosphere, genetic or something else, but almost every time when I click a thread titled "a new local 18/19/20 year old model for content", I think "WTF, she looks like a 30 yo junkie!"
P.S. No offense, please. That's just my IMHO as a person who is traveling a lot and seen a lot to compare
