Generally finding free help or help in exchange for profit splits is not going to be easy, or even possible in most cases. If someone could build a successful review site, why would they split the profits with someone who had no idea what they were doing? Why not just build it themselves?

Consider that you need to be able to offer something in return, can you code, do you have great writing skills? What can you bring to the table? If it's anything other than coding and money, you should probably start by getting a job doing it, writing or graphic design. Be a freelancer and make some money, then pay someone to code a site for you. It's not easy to make money in this business and most people aren't going to spend time helping others out for free.

If you get back to me with what you have to offer, I'll see if I can help you with further more specific advice. Good luck out there!
