But maybe the teacher thought that your son talked about America? As there probably wasn't white slaves in USA. Well, actually USA has slaves even now, but illegal slaves, like forced prostitutes from Eastern Europe. But that is another story.
Although I don't get this guilt shit anyways, I think USA has enough present day shit to worry about. At least I have enough present day shit to worry about, and I don't care that much what my ancestors did (still some blaming about our own shits), I know the headlines, that is enough.

Actually there were white slaves in America, and some even had black slave owners (As far as I know). The black slaves were worth more than the Irish white slaves. Of course they don't want anyone to know that or how most slaves were bought from their own people. Schools and Media do not care about history, They want you to believe what they choose to teach you which is usually the extreme worst of situations.
