Maybe i'm not seeing the whole picture here, but whats the big deal with the charge back? Somebody goes to your site, gets a membership blah blah, charges back, you refund the money. Now why does visa lose out? because of what? the person that had to give the refund had to be paid? or what is it? I heard the problem with fraud was sometimes the banks cant actually get the money back from the merchants, but if the money is returned to the person wheres the set back?
