What I love is how when a person charges back, they're basically saying that they didn't authorize that charge and they never agreed to that charge so someone else must have done it. (which we all know is BS)

BUT!

Why doesn't Visa say "oh shit! well if you didn't make this charge, then someone must be using your card illegally!" and then "we better cancel your card number and issue you a new card ASAP"

Do they cancel the persons card and re-issue a new one? Nope!
