someone just charged back $1 (one dollar)..

there HAS to be a way to stop this.. why can't people just get the person on tape admitting that they made the charge, then telling the bank? People shouldn't be so passive about it..

I'm not a banking expert but can a chargeback be reversed? Why can't the bank just call you and ask you to refund the money first?

etc etc.. just pisses me off.
