Not that I condone anything to do with under@g3 shit, but would cartoons be categorized as fantasy? Kind of like writing a story about it? I was always under the impression that shit is protected (as sick as it may be).
Now if he went to jail for trademark infringement, that's another story.
then again, Australia may have different laws when it comes to shit like that.
