Recounting Stephen Fry from QI
Joan Rivers was in a toilet cubicle in a New York building and noticed that there was no toilet paper. Hearing another woman leave another cubicle she called out and said "Excuse me honey, is there any toilet paper in the next cubicle ?". "No, I am afraid not" the woman replied.
So Joan Rivers then went on to ask the lady, "Well is there any paper towels at the sinks", the woman looks for a bit and replied "No sorry they are all out too".
So Joan being Joan then asked the lady "Well would you have change, two tens for a twenty ?"
