Which happens more?

#1 - Designer designs delivers the goods, or does the work, only to not hear from the client when they go to collect the money.

#2 - Client pays half or full up front and gets nothing.

I think #1 happens a lot more. If you want to pay designers every 15 days, hire one part time who lives near you and can collect a paycheck.

Buisness at a design firm or a Systems Analysis firm for developing solutions may be run on a collection at the end, but there is definatly a collection in the begining for consultation.
