TOS' and spam definition
I'm just hanging out at the pub with a couple other guys that also run programs talking about "what is spam" in regards to program promotion. The views around the table are more varied than the body shapes of women.
Program owners, besides the usual stated direct email and IM where would you exercise your "catch all" clause and terminate an account for spamming?
The pub table starts at a harsh, any domain generating a hit not under control of the affiliate to a very lax, as long as it wasn't breaking the TOS of the place where the link was posted who cares it's more traffic.
