It really depends on how she posed in the pictures. If she's spread eagle or something like that it's c p. If she's just standing in a mirror topless, or even bottomless, there's a good chance a c p charge would not stick.

Obviously her lawyers would know this so they are probably just putting this out there to scare people away from sharing or posting them.

I have no idea who she is.
